Entering Londonderry Raceway, all drivers, pit crew, safety personnel or anyone entering the pit area must sign a liability waiver to enter the facility. If a waiver is not signed you will not be allowed in the pit area or on the track.
All rules apply during racing or practicing sessions and include drivers and pit personnel, in which they should conduct themselves in an orderly manner. Unacceptable actions of pit crew and family members may subject the driver to penalties or disqualification and possible suspension. All suspensions, rule violations and misconduct will be reviewed by Londonderry Raceway staff,
No Alcohol or drug consumption will be tolerated prior to and during any race event. Violation will be cause for immediate disqualification from the race and any points that may have been accumulated from that event.

Pit spots are on a first come first serve basis, with the exception of prepaid/reserved spots.
Karts cannot be driven in the pits! No exceptions
Motors must be turned off upon entering the pits.
Waste oil is the responsibility of each driver. The track has no facilities for the waste oil. So it is your responsibility to take your waste oil with you. Intentional dumping of oil on the ground is a serious infraction of the law and track rules. This will be grounds for suspension.
Disposal of tires at the track is prohibited.
All trash is your responsibility. There will be trash barrels located at the track, please use them and keep your stall clean. A clean track is a happy track.
No bikes, skateboards, scooters, etc. are allowed to be used once the heat and features have started. Parents will be held responsible for their children.
No alcohol beverages allowed in the pit area during any racing event. Every race team is responsible for having a minimum of one operational fire extinguisher for the pit area.
A drivers age is based on how old they are as of January 1st. All drivers under the age of 18 will be required to supply the track with a copy of their birth certificate and will need to have a parent or guardian present during any practice or race event.
A full-faced helmet of approval standards {snell approved or higher} a chin strap must be firmly attached at all times. The helmet visor must be in the closed position once the driver is on the track. Tinted helmet shields are NOT permitted after dusk. The driver must be secured by a full 5-point harness {SFI-rated and less than 5 years old} that has been secured to the kart. Also arm restraints must always be attached to the kart and worn in caged divisions. They must be adjusted accordingly to keep arms within the cage.
A racing neck brace or a Hans devise must be worn. Hans device or a headrest are MANDATORY.
Fire resistant jacket or suit must be worn {shorts are not allowed}
Gloves must be worn during racing. {NO cut off gloves or knuckle gloves are allowed}
Racing boots/shoes or sneakers are allowed.
Elbow pad on right arm must be worn.
Anyone with long hair must put it in a ponytail and tucked inside helmet or jacket.
No karts are allowed on the track until a safety inspection is passed as follows;
This will be done at the beginning of the season or for any new kart attending the track. A safety sticker will be applied once the kart has passed inspection. Any kart without a sticker will NOT be allowed on the track.
ENGINE
WKA engine classes will be teched using the WKA technical manual.
Mufflers, must be a stock RLV type silencer.
FRAME
Must have a safe design.
All karts must have a floor pan from feet to seat.
CAGES
All cages must be mounted in a safe manner with a minimum thickness of 1" and a minimum of 5/16th grade 8 bolts double nutted or pinned to the chassis on rocker cages.
All caged karts must have proper arm restraints. Hand and arm movement cannot extend past the roll cage in any direction.
WEIGHT
Any added weight must be painted white with a minimum of a 5/16th bolt. Bolts must be cotter-keyed, wired or double nutted.
Any weight over 7 lbs. must use 2-5/6th bolts
Any weight must be added to the frame or front bumper only.{that meaning NO added weight to the nerf bars or the rear bumper}
WHEELS AND TIRES
Any 5-6" kart wheel allowed.
2020 is an open rule tire {2021 subject to change}
Prepping tires is allowed but NOT at the track. Anyone caught using anything other than water at the track will be disqualified.

AXLES AND HUBS
Hubs must have snap rings and safety wire.
STEERING COMPONENTS
All steering components must be safety wired.
BRAKES
All karts must have working rear brakes. Brake bolts and supports will have no less thank nylock nuts.
All karts must have a brake rotor guard or Wolfe plate installed.
DRIVE-LINE COMPONENTS
Any clutch can be used for all classes.
All karts must have A chain anti derailment guide.
All karts must have a working automatic throttle closing device.
All karts must have a clutch guard in place.
FUEL AND OIL SYSTEM
Gasoline or Methanol fuel {both fuels will be available at the track}
Fuel tanks must be securely bolted to the floor pan beneath the steering shaft unless it is an integral part of the engine.
All karts must have an over flow catch can.
Fuel WILL BE tested at the end of each feature race.
BODYWORK
All karts must have a full body that consist of a nose left and right body panel.
Bodies must be securely mounted. In the event of an accident during a race a Londonderry raceway official will approve that the kart is safe to return to the track.
All numbers must be 6" high located on the left and right front of all karts.
All karts must have front and rear bumpers and nerf bars.
SEATS
Must be one-piece molded construction with no peaks or add in sections. Seats must be securely bolted to the frame and non-adjustable while the kart is in motion.
Drivers meeting will be held after practice.
GREEN FLAG - Begin racing! When it has been determined that all karts are lined up in the proper position and the track is clear, the flagman will wave the green flag.
YELLOW FLAG - The yellow flag means SLOW DOWN! Caution on the track, slow down and hold your position. We do NOT race back to the yellow flag after a caution is called. We will go back to the previous lap for line up positions. All karts bringing out the yellow or red flag will go to the rear of the lineup. The race director reserves the right to make a judgement call in all yellow or red flag conditions. The official yellow is the yellow light and the flagmens yellow flag, not the infield workers. They are there to warn you of situations on the track. The caution flag will not be thrown unless a dangerous situation is created. Single kart spins where the kart is not ruled in a dangerous position WILL NOT cause a caution to be thrown. THREE SPIN RULE. Anyone bringing out the yellow flag for a 3rd time will be disqualified for the remainder of the race and will receive the black flag.
BLACK FLAG - Pull off the track immediately in a safe and cautious manner. If the flagman waves the black flag and points to you while you are racing, you must slow down using caution as not to interfere with the other races and exit the track in a safe manner. Reasons to be black flagged may include:
Unsafe situation with kart
Your speed is off pace to the point where it is a danger to other drivers
Reckless driving
Unsafe or Unsportsmanlike conduct
If you are black flagged for any reason you MUST leave the track within 2 laps. You will be scored last place points. If you do not leave the track within 2 laps, you WILL NOT be scored and will forfeit all points for the day. Any unsportsmanlike actions resulting from this situation could also result in suspension from the track for a number of events.
ROLLED UP BLACK FLAG - The rolled up black flag warning means the officials deem you are driving unnecessarily rough or bumping too hard, ect. You will only receive 1 rolled up black flag signal. If the flag is ignored, the next black flag you see will not be rolled up. ROUGH DRIVING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND WILL BE DEALT WITH SWIFTLY.
RED FLAG - STOP IMMEDIATELY! Karts must come to a complete stop in a safe and orderly manner. All engines should be shut off. No repairs will be allowed during a red flag situation. The race is scored according to the last completed lap under green. All drivers involved in a red flag must be cleared by safety personnel before returning to the race.
WHITE FLAG - 1 lap remaining in the race.
BLUE FLAG - The blue flag means that a competitor is about to be lapped. You must move to the outside without changing order until the lapping kart has passed. Violators are subject to a penalty during or after the event.
CHECKERED FLAG - This flag means end of race. The checkered flag is waved when the person leading the race has crossed the start/finish line at the completion of the last lap. The first person to complete the designated number of laps for the race is declared the winner.
All protests MUST be given in writing to the tech official within 10 minutes of the completion of the heat or feature.
Engine protests are $300.00
Also, the protestors engine will be torn down and inspected to the same extent that the protest engine is.
If the engine is found legal. $250.00 goes to the engine and $50.00 goes to the tech official.
If the engine is found illegal, $250.00 goes back to the protestor, $50.00 goes to the tech official. All engine protests will be the responsibility of the tech official.
We will have 23 point races. The 22 best finishes will be counted toward a championship. Subject to change due to rain outs or cancellations of any scheduled races.
Londonderry Raceway season points are awarded to members only. In the case of a tie in the points by 2 or more racers, the racer with the most wins will be the winner. This is the same for all finishing positions. Each racer is allowed to have 1 throwout race to be dropped at the end of the season. This includes the lowest finish or a missed race.

PIT PASSES: $15.00 for all people entering the pit area (5 years old and up)
KART ENTRY FEE: $20.00 per class (For Members)
$25.00 per class (for NON-Members)
MEMBERSHIP FEE: $25.00 per driver (Must have membership paid up to date to qualify for year end points)
RESERVED PIT STALL: $50.00 per spot per season
GRANDSTANDS: $5.00 per person (5 years old and up)
