Acceptance of These Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Logo Maker AI (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the App.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and JanoGroup LLC (“JanoGroup,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Users in the European Economic Area must be at least 16 years old. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.
Description of the App
The App provides AI-powered tools that allow users to generate, edit, save, export, and share logo-related images using text prompts, generation settings, reference images, and AI-assisted editing tools.
The App may also provide features such as prompt inspiration, local media libraries, export tools, notifications, subscription-based access, and other supporting functionality.
All features are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific results.
No Account Required; Device Responsibility
The App does not require a traditional user account. However, the App may use device-level or platform-level identifiers to validate purchases, subscriptions, entitlements, sessions, or service access.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for all activity that occurs through the App on your device.
You are also responsible for all content you upload, generate, save, export, or share using the App and for ensuring that your use of the App complies with applicable laws and these Terms.
Access, Fair Use, and Usage Limits
The App may offer free and paid access levels. Free access may be limited by features, generation counts, or other usage rules. Paid subscriptions may unlock additional features, models, styles, or usage allowances, subject to fair use, technical, operational, and anti-abuse protections.
To maintain service reliability, manage third-party processing costs, promote fair access for all users, and prevent abuse, fraud, excessive automated use, or misuse, we may apply reasonable usage limits, rate limits, technical restrictions, or anti-abuse measures to any feature or subscription tier.
These protections may include limits based on factors such as feature type, number of generations, time period, subscription status, device, account, region, session activity, suspected automation, or other usage patterns.
We may also apply temporary throttling, queued processing, reduced priority, cooldown periods, verification steps, or temporary restrictions where reasonably necessary to protect the App, our providers, or other users.
Any references in the App, marketing materials, or purchase screens to terms such as unlimited, unrestricted, premium, or similar language are subject to these fair use, technical, operational, anti-abuse, and capacity protections. Paid access does not guarantee infinite, uninterrupted, or abuse-free use.
We may change, suspend, enforce, or update usage limits, feature availability, or access conditions at any time where reasonably necessary for operational, legal, security, provider, product, or business reasons. Where required by applicable law or platform rules, we will provide notice of material changes.
If a usage limit or protection measure is triggered, you may need to wait before using the feature again, reduce usage, verify eligibility, upgrade to another offering if available, or otherwise satisfy the applicable access condition.
We may suspend or restrict access, without liability, where we reasonably believe usage is abusive, fraudulent, automated in an unauthorized manner, threatens service stability, violates these Terms, or causes unusual or excessive consumption inconsistent with normal individual use.
User Content
Your Responsibilities
You represent and warrant that you have the legal rights and permissions necessary to submit any content used with the App, including images and prompts. If content includes identifiable individuals, you are responsible for obtaining any required permissions or consents.
You are responsible for the prompts, images, and other inputs you submit and for any outputs you choose to save, distribute, or use.
License to Operate the App
You retain ownership of your original content. By submitting content through the App, you grant JanoGroup a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, transmit, reproduce, and use that content solely as necessary to operate the App, fulfill your requests, maintain the service, and prevent abuse.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Submit or generate illegal, harmful, infringing, or abusive content
Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others
Use content you do not have permission to use
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access proprietary systems or source code
Bypass subscriptions, payment systems, usage limits, or security controls
Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to extract or mass-generate content
Interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure
Impersonate others or engage in fraud or deception
Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or malicious content
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments
Payments for subscriptions or purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play depending on your platform. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through your store account settings before the renewal date.
We may use third-party services such as RevenueCat to validate subscription status and manage entitlements.
Pricing, subscription options, features, entitlements, and access conditions may change over time in accordance with applicable store rules and laws.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies unless otherwise required by law.
Subscription access is subject to these Terms, including our fair use, technical, operational, and anti-abuse protections. A subscription grants access to the applicable paid tier of the App and does not guarantee unlimited generations, uninterrupted availability, or unrestricted consumption beyond reasonable service protections.
AI Output Disclaimer
You acknowledge that AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or inappropriate.
Generated outputs may resemble content created by others or may not be unique. We do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, original, lawful, or suitable for your purposes.
You are responsible for reviewing and evaluating generated content before using, sharing, or relying on it.
AI-generated outputs should not be relied upon for legal, financial, medical, safety-critical, or other high-risk purposes.
Intellectual Property Rights
The App and its software, design, interface, branding, and related intellectual property are owned by JanoGroup LLC or its licensors.
Except for the limited rights granted under these Terms, no ownership rights in the App are transferred to you.
We do not claim ownership of your original uploaded content. However, we cannot guarantee that generated outputs are free from third-party claims or eligible for copyright protection.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JanoGroup and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid through the App in the twelve months preceding the claim or ten U.S. dollars if no payment was made.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so these limitations may not apply in all cases.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JanoGroup LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Changes to the App and These Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time.
We may also update these Terms periodically. When changes occur, the updated date will be shown at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
