Who We Are
Logo Maker AI (the "App") is developed and published by JanoGroup LLC ("JanoGroup," "we," "us," or "our").
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and how long it may be retained when you use the App.

Text prompts and generation settings you provide
Optional reference images you upload or capture
Optional editing instructions you provide for AI-assisted edits
The App also includes related features such as prompt inspiration, subscription management, local media storage, sharing and export tools, and optional reminders.

3.1 Prompts, Instructions, and Settings
When you use the App, you may provide:
Text prompts

We do not perform facial recognition.
We do not attempt to identify any person in the image.
We do not create biometric templates, faceprints, or biometric identifiers.
We do not extract facial geometry for identity matching.
If face-related information appears in an uploaded image, it is used only as part of the image processing needed to generate or edit the result you requested.
3.4 Support Communications
If you contact us directly, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address and the contents of your message.
Information Collected Automatically or Stored on Your Device
The App does not require you to create an account. However, the App and its service providers may process limited technical information needed to operate the service.
4.1 Local Device Storage
The App may store the following on your device:
Generated logos and edited outputs
Saved library items and thumbnails
Prompt history and related metadata
Temporary files used for processing, preview, export, or sharing
App preferences and notification settings
Usage counters and feature state needed to enforce access rules
A locally generated install identifier used for service integrity and abuse prevention
This information generally remains on your device unless you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the App.
4.2 Technical and Device Information
When you use the App, we and our service providers may process limited technical information such as:
Device type
Operating system and app version
IP address
Advertising identifiers where applicable
Purchase or entitlement identifiers
Session or install identifiers used to validate access and prevent misuse
We use this information to operate the App, validate paid access, secure the service, and troubleshoot failures.

We use information covered by this Privacy Policy to:
Generate and return the logo or edited result you request
Provide AI prompt inspiration features
Save, display, export, and share your results when you choose to do so
Operate, maintain, and secure the App
Validate subscriptions, purchases, and entitlements
Enforce free-use or paid-access rules
Prevent abuse, fraud, or misuse of the service

Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights
We do not sell your personal data.
We do not use your uploaded images, prompts, or generated outputs to train our own AI models.
Third-Party Processing and Service Providers
To operate the App, we rely on third-party providers. Depending on the feature used and the deployed configuration, your data may be processed by one or more providers.
6.1 AI Image Generation
To generate logos and image edits, the App may send your prompts, selected settings, and optional reference images to Replicate, Inc., which provides cloud-based AI inference services.
When you request a generation or edit, the following may be transmitted securely to Replicate:
Your text prompt or edit instruction
Selected generation parameters
Optional reference images you provide
Technical request data needed to complete processing
We send this information solely to process your request and return the result to the App.
Replicate may temporarily retain submitted inputs and outputs for operational purposes under its own privacy policy. Replicate's privacy policy is available at https://replicate.com/privacy.
6.2 Prompt Inspiration
If you use prompt inspiration or suggestion features, the App may send your current prompt text and related category information to OpenAI to generate suggested logo prompts.
This feature is used only to return prompt suggestions to you. Photos are not sent to OpenAI for this inspiration feature based on the current App implementation.
6.3 Backend Infrastructure
Depending on the App build and environment configuration, requests may also be routed through backend infrastructure we operate or configure, including services built on Cloudflare Workers and/or Supabase Edge Functions.
These systems may process information such as:
Session tokens
Install identifiers
Purchase or entitlement identifiers
Job status and request metadata
Credits or access balance information
We use this infrastructure to broker requests, validate access, secure provider credentials, and return results.
6.4 Subscription and Purchase Management
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store and/or Google Play depending on your platform.
We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements. RevenueCat and the app stores may process purchase receipts, transaction identifiers, app user identifiers, and device or app identifiers needed to validate subscriptions.
We do not receive your full payment card details.
6.5 Advertising
If the App displays ads in a free tier or free experience, ads may be served using Google AdMob.
Ad providers may process device information and advertising identifiers for ad delivery, fraud prevention, frequency capping, and measurement. On iOS, certain advertising uses may require your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework.
6.6 Platform and Sharing Providers
When you export, open, or share files, your device operating system and the apps or services you choose to use may process those files under their own terms and privacy policies.
User Permission Before Processing
The App requires your action before it accesses your camera, photo library, or notifications. You choose whether to upload images, capture photos, save files, share content, or enable notifications.
By tapping generate or edit after selecting inputs, you direct us to process that request through the providers described above.
Data Retention
By JanoGroup
We aim to minimize retention of uploaded content on systems we control.
Uploaded prompts and images are generally processed to fulfill your request rather than stored as permanent records. Generated results you save through the App are typically stored locally on your device. App preferences, usage counters, and similar app state information may remain on your device until deleted. Support emails or legal records may be retained as reasonably necessary for support, compliance, dispute resolution, or recordkeeping.
By Third-Party Providers
Our providers may retain certain inputs, outputs, logs, identifiers, or transaction data for limited periods under their own policies for service reliability, fraud prevention, billing, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and debugging.
Notifications and Permissions
If you enable notifications, the App may schedule local reminders and generation-related notifications on your device. Notification preferences may be stored locally so the App can remember your choice.
You can revoke permissions at any time through your device settings, including camera access, photos or media access, notification permissions, and advertising tracking permissions where supported.
Children's Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older, or any higher minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable minimum age.
If you believe a child has provided personal information in violation of this policy, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to review the request.
International Data Transfers
Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws in your jurisdiction.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws, including rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we control.
Because the App generally does not require a user account and much of your content is stored locally on your device, your practical controls often include:
Deleting generated images and saved items from your device
Removing app permissions in device settings
Resetting or limiting advertising tracking
Uninstalling the App
Contacting us with questions or requests
If you contact us with a privacy request, we may need enough information to verify the request and determine what data, if any, we can reasonably associate with you.
Do Not Sell / Do Not Share
We do not sell your personal information for money.
We also do not share your uploaded images or prompts for cross-context behavioral advertising by us. Third-party advertising SDKs may process device-level data for their own advertising and measurement purposes subject to their own policies and your device permissions.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information involved in the App's operation. Network requests to our services and major third-party providers are intended to use encrypted transport.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date above. Your continued use of the App after an update means the updated policy applies to future use of the App.
