For this self-designed experience, I navigated through the challenges of development and worked closely with the company’s stakeholders to develop a business-critical and product-focused website that greatly improved upon user experience. The website is upgraded with new features, such as a shopping cart, online purchasing, photo gallery, improved forms, and a responsive design that balances a modern look but still with the original character.
One of my favorite pages is the main page for the company's flagship products which is the Lightning Bug Plus, a device designed to automatically trigger a camera when lightning is detected. The page features the product fully with a much better showcase than the previous site.
Another, is the order page, which features a fully dynamic user experience that allows the user to select their specific camera model to find the correct model. This page is also broken up into tabs, in order to allow the user to more easily explore the options offered from MK Controls for their Lightning Bug Plus product.
