Here, I have provided templates for you to use in the case that you would like to keep similar records.

Simply open the Google Sheet below.

Click File at the top.

Click Make a Copy.

Congratulations, you now have a blank copy of these charts saved to your Google Drive. You may edit them as much as you like. Don't forget to re-title your saved copy.
