1. Scope
Submitted papers must be relevant to the themes of the 3rd International Workshop on Low-cost Digital Solutions for Industrial Automation (LoDiSA '25). We particularly welcome contributions focusing on affordable, scalable, and impactful digital technologies for industrial and manufacturing settings.
2. Originality
All submissions must be original and not under consideration for publication or presentation elsewhere. Simultaneous submission to other conferences, workshops, or journals is strictly prohibited.
3. Formatting and Length
Papers must adhere to the IET double coulmn conference format.
Maximum length: 6 pages, including figures and tables (excluding references).
Submissions exceeding the page limit will be rejected without review.
4. Submission Process
All papers must be submitted electronically via the EDAS system: https://lodisa25.edas.info/
The submission must be in PDF format and checked for compliance using the publisher’s PDF eXpress (if required).
5. Review Process
Each submission will undergo double-blind peer review by at least two members of the Program Committee.
Authors must ensure that their paper is anonymized, i.e., no author names, affiliations, or acknowledgments in the submitted version.
6. Acceptance and Publication
Accepted papers will be presented at LoDiSA '25 and included in the official workshop proceedings.
At least one author must register and present the paper at the workshop.
Failure to present may result in exclusion from the proceedings and digital library.
7. Camera-ready and Registration
Authors of accepted papers will be required to submit a camera-ready version incorporating reviewer comments.
