IF YOU'D LIKE TO VOLUNTEER!
Your pool team has worked hard to spell out all the jobs our volunteers do at the pool - we truly are an all-volunteer run pool (we only pay the lifeguards and gateguards!). If you can help, we'd love the help - you can either volunteer for a position or reach out to the person who does the position and offer to help with a specific task! IF YOU WANT TO HOST A PARTY AT THE POOL . . .
For a party DURING pool hours - print out and fill in this form and drop it off at the Snack Shack/in the mailbox at 9940 Kingussle Ln., or email:
Pool Rental Application - 2026 (required for ALL parties)
For a party AFTER pool hours - print out and fill in BOTH forms and drop off at the Snack Shack/in the mailbox at 9940 Kingussle Ln., or email:
Pool Rental Application - 2026 (required for ALL parties)
Pool Rental Contract - 2026 (required for after-hours parties only)
Note that your date is not fully reserved until paperwork and payment is received IN FULL.
ALL LIFEGUARDAS & GATEGUARDS:
Mandatory training this year will take place on Sunday, May 17th. Please plan to attend for the entire time for your position:
1-3pm - New Gateguards
3-4pm - New & Returning Gateguards AND Lifeguards
3-5pm - New & Returning Lifeguards

If you've been hired at the pool, here are links to the paperwork you must turn in. Please drop all forms off at the pool mailbox prior to your first day of employment - 9940 Kingussle Ln.
VA-4 (you may need to search)
I-9 - required if this is your first year working for us
Youth Employment Certificate - required if you are 14-15 years old
