Thank you so much for your support of our neighborhood! Common Interest Fee Requests were mailed out this week.
Do you love our neighborhood and want a voice in shaping its future?
The Loch Braemar Community Association brings neighbors together to keep our community welcoming, active, and beautiful all year long. By becoming a member, you can participate in events, share ideas, and help guide decisions that affect our neighborhood.
Membership dues are essential — they allow us to host activities, maintain common interests, and continue the work that makes Loch Braemar such a great place to live. Simply put, our association can only thrive with the support of our neighbors.
Annual dues are $60. To join or renew, please send a check (including your correct name and address) to:

Want to receive emails about happenings in the neighborhood? Follow these steps to join the mailing list:
Log in to Google Groups https://groups.google.com/
Search for "LochBraemarPoolMembership". Click Enter and it will come up with a message staying "You don't have permission... For access try asking to join the group". Click that link and this will trigger a request to join.
As soon as the group owners see the pending request to join, you will have access to view past emails and future emails will come direct to your email account.
The last Loch Braemar Neighborhood Directory was distributed to each household in 2023. If you want to update your information, add information for our directory, or if you are a new neighbor in Loch Braemar, you may do it online - be sure to hit the SUBMIT button when the information is entered. Click HERE to go to the online form.
