Common Interest Fees
Thank you so much for your support of our neighborhood! Common Interest Fee Requests were mailed out early March.
These fees help the association stay afloat between pool seasons. They are YOUR contribution to the front entrance, the upkeep of the pool property, and community events. If you have not paid your Common Interest fee for this year, please send a check for $60 to 9940 Kingussle Ln N.Chesterfield VA 23236 or pay using Credit Card on our website payment page. Please send your correct name and address with your check or send corrections to lbcatreas@gmail.com . Thank you for keeping our neighborhood beautiful!

TACO NIGHT POP-UP

Come join us for the first pop-up of the season! All proceeds go to support the pool.
The last Loch Braemar Neighborhood Directory was distributed to each household in 2023. If you want to update your information, add information for our directory, or if you are a new neighbor in Loch Braemar, you may do it online - be sure to hit the SUBMIT button when the information is entered. Click HERE to go to the online form.
Want to receive emails about happenings in the neighborhood? Follow these steps to join the mailing list:
Log in to Google Groups https://groups.google.com/
Search for "LochBraemarPoolMembership". Click Enter and it will come up with a message staying "You don't have permission... For access try asking to join the group". Click that link and this will trigger a request to join.
As soon as the group owners see the pending request to join, you will have access to view past emails and future emails will come direct to your email account.
