Common Interest Fees
Thank you so much for your support of our neighborhood! Common Interest Fee Requests were mailed out early March.
These fees help the association stay afloat between pool seasons. They are YOUR contribution to the front entrance, the upkeep of the pool property, and community events. If you have not paid your Common Interest fee for this year, please send a check for $60 to 9940 Kingussle Ln N.Chesterfield VA 23236 or pay using Credit Card on our website payment page. Please send your correct name and address with your check or send corrections to lbcatreas@gmail.com . Thank you for keeping our neighborhood beautiful!

The last Loch Braemar Neighborhood Directory was distributed to each household in 2023. We are utilizing e-mails more for neighborhood information distribution. If you want to update your information, add information for our directory, or if you are a new neighbor in Loch Braemar, you may do it online - be sure to hit the SUBMIT button when the information is entered. Rates for 2024 Pool Season
Level 1 (one adult member) $310
Level 2 (two adults or one adult one child) $350
Level 3 (3 people, one must be an adult) $390
Level 4 (4 or more people, one must be an adult) $430
Grandchildren Passes Free
Guest Pack get 5 for the price of 4 (only w/ membership) $20
Caregiver/Sitter Pass - One sitter may come per visit with enrolled child member or one child with enrolled caregiver member $100
First Responder or Military Member Discount $15
Loch Braemar / Bexley West Resident Discount $15
Senior Discount (over 64) $20
