20/06/2018: Galloway Forest Park lochbagging list, The Jeannies" now published on the lochbagging Home page (all 66 lochs and lochans named on OS 1:25k mapping). GPX files, "tick" list, Google map, etc is now online. Tay Forest Park list, "The Robs" (16 lochs) also published.

19/06/2018: A lochbagging YouTube channel has now been created. Only one video as yet but more to come. Click here to view channel.

15/06/2018: Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park lochbagging list, "The Muirs" published on the lochbagging Home page (all 68 lochs and lochans named on OS 1:25k mapping). GPX files, "tick" list, Google map, etc is now online.

14/06/2018: Changed the settings on all the Google maps for all loch lists so that they display the loch names (and list numbers) directly on the map (to save clicking on the pins to see the names).

14/06/2018: The GPX file for the Crawfords (Cairngorms NP) lochbagging list did not contain elevation data for the lochs (although the data were available on the word document bagging list). The GPX files were updated (and marked as v1.1) and uploaded. If you have downloaded the original (v1.0) GPX file but want elevation data then delete the original from your device and get v1.1 from the lochbagging Home page.

14/06/2018: Errors in the Murrays lochbagging list were corrected. Four lochs were dropped as it transpires that hydro/reservoir schemes/ water level changes meant that they had been absorbed into their larger neighbours (Loch Lure absorbed into Loch Bradan ; Loch Lundie and Loch Beag absorbed into Loch Cluanie [Loch Clunie]; and Lochan Laghair into Loch Beinn a' Mheadhoin). In addition, typographical errors in the original tables used to generate the Murrays list meant that two lochs had incorrect locations: Loch Laggan and Harperrrig Reservoir (the Loch Laggan error was particularly acute as the OS map reference gave the wrong sheet so I hope nobody was raking around in the wilds to the west of Bonar Bridge for Loch Laggan! (which of course lies much further south at the foot of Creag Meagaidh). Upshot is that the Murrays list now has 544 lochs; the corrected GPX files and bagging lists have been uploaded; and the Google map has been updated. If you have downloaded the original Murrays GPX file then delete it from your device and replace it with v1.1 from the lochbagging Home page.
