How humans have changed the physical space of the location:

• Originally just a family farm but went through many generations of the sons of the original owners.

• Then a market was added onto the family farm to sell produce.

• The land behind the market was open so this part they decided to make into a golf course along the orchards.

• The orchards were gradually sold off further East.

• In 2007, the golf course was sold off and Orchard Hills Park was able to be fully enjoyed for the park that it is.

• Orchard Hills Park now is a place to walk on trails, look at the beautiful trees, and people can even have events like wedding receptions or parties here in the banquet room. [3]
