These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LocalPix mobile application (hereinafter: "app" or "the App"). The App is created and published by Mehmet Ali Erbas under Turkish law (hereinafter: "LocalPix", "we", "us" or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Section 1 - License
1.1 The App is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
1.2 The one-time Pro purchase unlocks all features on devices signed into your App Store account (and, with the Family option, accounts in your Family Sharing group). Purchases are processed by Apple; prices are shown in the App before you buy.
Section 2 - Your Content
2.1 Images you create with the App are yours. You are responsible for how you use them and for the prompts you write.
2.2 You agree not to use the App to create content that is unlawful, harmful, or deceptive, or that infringes the rights of others.
Section 3 - AI-Generated Content
3.1 The App generates images with on-device AI models. Results can be unpredictable; a built-in safety checker reduces, but cannot fully eliminate, unexpected output.
3.2 The App and its output are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Section 4 - Third-Party Components
4.1 The App includes open AI models licensed under the CreativeML Open RAIL-M family of licenses, converted to run on Apple's Neural Engine. Your use of the App is subject to the use restrictions of those licenses (no unlawful, harmful, or deceptive use). The license text is available at huggingface.co/spaces/CompVis/stable-diffusion-license.
4.2 The App also uses open-source software, including apple/ml-stable-diffusion (MIT License), ZIPFoundation (MIT License), RevenueCat purchases-ios (MIT License) and the Space Grotesk font (SIL Open Font License 1.1).
Section 5 - Changes
5.1 We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will always be available on this page with its date.
