Hon. McCloskey, J.S.C. found the Plaintiff’s motion to be … inaccurate and hyperbolic … frivolous … inappropriate and taxing of judicial resources. He continued with, [if this motion] is being used to gain leverage in negotiations … is a potentially sanctionable offense.
