First Friday Local Food Collective Potlucks
Potlucks are a great way to learn more about how to incorporate local foods into your daily dishes along with joining in community. Each first Friday of the month we will host a potluck at various locations in the local area. They will take place from 6-7:30pm with the meal beginning around 6pm. You can bring a homemade dish, grab something from your local co-op, or just join in community! Please label ingredients in your dishes for those who need to know, and if possible, please incorporate at least one or two locally grown or produced foods in your dishes. The food that goes unfinished will be packaged and dropped off to our local food pantries.
