When is the Next Common Arc?

Here is latest Common Arc Information.  Local 40 has scheduled testing the week of June 21-23, 2022 at our welding shop. Anyone wishing to test may begin signing up after May 1, 2022. If you are not currently certified in the common arc process you must prequalify for testing.

Where do I fill out my COB Form?

Here is the FORM needed to add or change your dependents. This form is needed every two years or when a change occurs. 

Where do I fill out my Vision Form to be reimbursed for eye glasses?

Here is the FORM needed to receive your reimbursement.  A paid in full receipt is needed to be reimbursed.  Your Doctor could fill this out and receive the payment.  250.00 is the limit each year.
