Delete Your Load Souq Account

Load Souq respects your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your Load Souq account, send an email to privacy@loadsouq.com from the email address or phone number registered with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Please include the following information in your request:

• Your full name

• Your registered phone number

• Your account type (Driver or Shipper)

What Happens After Your Request

Once we receive and verify your request:

(a) Your account and profile information will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

(b) Your uploaded media (profile photos, load images, and driver reels) will be removed from our storage.

(c) Your authentication credentials will be removed from Firebase Authentication.

Data That May Be Retained

For legal, security, and dispute-resolution purposes, the following information may be retained for up to 12 months after account deletion:

(a) Records of completed shipments and load transactions (for dispute resolution).

(b) Anonymous crash and analytics data, which is not linked to your identity after account deletion.
