ATHLETIC CLEARANCE

All athletic physicals are now being submitted digitally via https://athleticclearance.fhsaahome.org/. This allows parents and student-athletes to complete and access important forms via computer, tablet, or mobile phone.  It is HIPAA, COPPA, and FERPA compliant.  This process will be linked to FHSAA Home Campus which will be automatically updated once registration is complete. Please visit the "Athletic Clearance Instructions" tab at the top of the page if you need any assistance setting up your account. 

*ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE CLEARED ON HOME CAMPUS TO PARTICIPATE. NO EXCEPTIONS*

All athletes for sports in the 2026-2027 school year will need an EKG in order to participate. You only need ONE EKG for all 4 years at Lake Nona, so if you are a returning athlete, you do not need to have another one completed. Incoming freshmen, do NOT get your EKG done until AFTER April 1st. If you have it done prior, we cannot accept it.
