Submitting a Maintenance Request

If a resident is having a maintenance issue during the day (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) - 

-Emergency Situation: Tell Jeffrey or Courtney. Call the Office of Residential Housing

-Non-Emergency Situation: Submit a Maintenance Request below

If a resident is having a maintenance issue during the evening (After 4:30 PM) - 

-Emergency Situation: Call the LMU dispatch center at (423) 869-6911

-Non-Emergency Situation: Submit a Maintenance Request below
