2. Data Collection and Usage Gemma Local API Server is designed to operate completely locally on your device. We prioritize your privacy through an architecture that prevents data sharing.
On-Device Inference: All interactions with the AI language models, including your prompts and the generated responses, occur strictly on your local device. We do not transmit, collect, or store any of the content you process with the local models.
Network Access: The application requests network permissions to download AI model files from URLs you specify and to communicate with Google Play Billing for premium subscriptions. We do not use the network to offload telemetry or analytics about your server usage.
Local Network Server: The API endpoints exposed by the app are bound to your local network configuration. You are responsible for the network security of the device running this server.
3. Third-Party Services
Google Play Billing: We use Google Play Billing services to handle subscriptions and payments. Google collects and processes payment information according to its own Privacy Policy. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status to unlock Premium features.
4. Data Retention Since we do not collect your personal data or usage content, we do not retain it. Any model files, settings, and generated API keys remain entirely within the application's local storage and are deleted if you uninstall the app.
