The organisation is called London Japanese Analog Games Club, hereafter referred to as the Club.
The purpose of the Club is to provide a facility for members to play Japanese analog games in Greater London.
The Club plays games that meet the following criteria:
The game is an analog game. Analog games include board games, card games, and other tabletop games played using physical components.
The game was designed, made, sold, or published in Japan.
The game is not widely available for purchase in England.
Membership
Joining the Club
Membership is open to individuals eighteen or over.
Individuals can become a member by registering for, and attending, an event run by the Club.
Leaving the Club
Members may leave the Club at any time by writing to the Club.
Members who do not follow the rules of Conduct may be asked to leave the Club.
Conduct
Treat people with respect. The Club does not tolerate acts of harassment or unfair discrimination against members of the Club or the public based on any protected characteristic (age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation).
Treat game components with respect. Games should be played away from food and drinks. Components should be handled with clean hands. Cards should not be bent.
