Spring 2024 RTG Undergraduate Seminar in Knot Theory
In Spring 2024 I led the UIowa RTG Undergraduate Seminar. I guided five undergraduate students (see picture above) through our group exploration of the book An Interactive Introduction to Knot Theory by Inga Johnson and Allison K. Henrich.
In Spring 2023 I worked with an undergraduate student at Dartmouth College on introductory knot theory in our Directed Reading Program, with the text The Knot Book by Colin Adams.
I am a MOST Fellow , part of a cohort selected by the MoMath museum, aimed at gathering together a group of like-minded young female mathematicians to develop outreach talks to engage a general audience in math.
