  • I have officially joint CWI@Amsterdam as a postdoctoral Researcher!
  • Our paper (Joint with Yuxuan Du, Tongliang Liu, Runyao Duan and Dacheng Tao): Quantum Divide-and-Conquer Anchoring for Separable Non-negative Matrix Factorization has been accepted by IJCAI 2018!
  • Our paper (joint with Youming Qiao, Xin Wang and Runyao Duan): Tripartite-to-bipartite entanglement transformation by stochastic lo- cal operations and classical communication and the structure of matrix spaces has now appeared in Communications in Mathematical Physics!
  • Our paper (joint with Youming Qiao): On rank-critical matrix spaces has now appeared in Differential Geometry and its Applications (Part of special issue: Geometry and complexity theory)!

Short Bio

I am a postdoctoral researcher in Centrum Wiskunde & Informatica (CWI), the national research institute for mathematics and computer science in the Netherlands, and Research Center for Quantum Software (QuSoft). I got my PhD at Centre for Quantum Software and Information (QSI), University of technology, Sydney (UTS). I was very fortunate to have Prof. Runyao Duan and Dr. Youming Qiao as my supervisors, and informally co-advised by Prof. Andreas Winter.

My research is in quantum information, quantum algorithms and complexity theory.

I obtained my B.S. (with Hongyi honor) in 2014 from the School of Mathematics and Statistics at Wuhan University, China.
