There are two sizes to think about. - The garment and the gag.

We use UK sizing on the clothing displayed here unless otherwise stated.

To find the right gag size, we suggest you use the following method:

Take a small cardboard tube, such as you'd find at the centre of a roll of sellotape. Squash it until it fits neatly between your teeth. Measure the tube and that's the size of gag you need, They're normally measured in centimetres. Our standard stock is fitted with a medium ring. This has a diameter of 5cm.
