On the excursion students will:
dipnet for aquatic macroinvertebrates to collect data about the variety of living things in Dragonfly Creek
use microscopes to identify macroinvertebrates and determine which stage of the life cycle they are currently in
classify terrestrial macroinvertebrates and justify their groupings
create observational drawings of a terrestrial macroinvertebrate.
