These Terms of Use apply to “Live Spectrum Analyzer” , provided by ChengYong Gong.
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

The App provides real-time audio visualization and analysis tools, including but not limited to waveform, spectrum, FFT, sonogram, spectrum bars, VU meter, pitch, octave bands, peak hold, envelope, waterfall, phase scope, Lissajous, and XY Scope display modes.
The App may also provide local recording, audio file import, audio playback analysis, visualization snapshot saving, file sharing, parameter settings, purchases, and purchase restoration.
Available features may vary by version, device capability, and system permissions.
You must use the App lawfully and responsibly. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to record, import, analyze, save, or share any audio content.
You must not use the App for illegal, infringing, harassing, eavesdropping, unauthorized recording, privacy-invasive, or otherwise improper activities.
You understand that some features depend on microphone permission, file access, system sharing, Apple StoreKit, device performance, and iOS system capabilities. If permissions are disabled or your device does not support certain capabilities, some features may not work.
Waveform, spectrum, pitch, dBFS, RMS, Peak, noise floor, dynamic range, and other analysis results provided by the App are for general reference, learning, demonstration, and auxiliary analysis only.
The App is not a certified professional measuring instrument. It does not provide medical, legal, engineering acceptance, safety inspection, noise compliance, or other conclusions that require professionally calibrated equipment.
You should not rely solely on the App’s analysis results for high-risk decisions.
Recordings you create, audio files you import, and visualization snapshots you save are typically stored in the App’s local sandbox.
You are responsible for managing, backing up, and deleting your content. Uninstalling the App may delete content stored in the App’s local sandbox. If you share files through the system share sheet, copies may be stored by the third-party apps or services you choose.
The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions or one-time purchases. Actual prices, billing periods, free trials, promotions, and availability are shown in the App Store and may vary by region.
Purchases are processed through your Apple ID and App Store account. Subscriptions automatically renew according to the selected period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
Restore Purchases uses Apple StoreKit to attempt to restore valid purchases associated with your Apple ID.
Refunds, billing, taxes, payment failures, and subscription cancellations are handled by Apple under Apple’s rules.
A lifetime purchase unlocks the applicable one-time purchase features while the App remains available. It does not guarantee permanent access to all future features, external services, or services that require ongoing operating costs.
The App and its interface, code, design, icons, text, and other content are owned by ChengYong Gong or the respective rights holders, unless otherwise stated.
You retain any rights you lawfully own in audio content and snapshots that you record, import, or create.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, rent, or otherwise misuse the App, except where expressly permitted by law.
The App may use Apple system frameworks, StoreKit, the system share sheet, the system document picker, and open-source or third-party components. Those components and services may be subject to their own licenses, privacy policies, or terms.
When you open external links, send email, share files, or use App Store purchases, you may use third-party services. Those services are not controlled by us.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the App will always be error-free, uninterrupted, fully accurate, or suitable for your specific purpose.
We are not responsible for losses caused by device failure, permission settings, system limitations, user error, corrupted files, third-party services, purchase failures, data loss, or reliance on analysis results, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If you violate these Terms or applicable laws, we may limit or terminate access to certain App features to the extent permitted by law.
You may stop using or uninstall the App at any time. Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel App Store subscriptions; you must manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
We may update these Terms due to feature changes, legal requirements, or operational needs. If we update them, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
