The App primarily processes audio data locally on your device to provide real-time waveform, spectrum, FFT, sonogram, volume meter, pitch, and other audio visualization features.
The App does not require account registration. We do not upload your microphone audio, recordings, imported audio files, or snapshots to our own servers.
The App may process or store the following information locally on your device:
Microphone audio: When you grant microphone permission and use real-time analysis features, the App reads microphone input to generate audio visualizations and analysis results.
Local recordings: When you actively use the recording feature, audio files are saved in the App’s local sandbox.
Imported audio files: When you actively import audio files from Files or another source, the App copies those files into the App’s local sandbox for playback and analysis.
Visualization snapshots: When you save a snapshot or screenshot, the image is saved in the App’s local sandbox.
App settings: Preferences such as default display mode, microphone gain, noise gate, pitch reference, and pitch tolerance are stored locally using UserDefaults.
Purchase status cache: To display subscription or purchase status, the App may store a verified purchase status snapshot in the device Keychain.
The App may request the following system permissions:
Microphone permission: Used to capture sound and generate real-time waveform, spectrum, FFT, sonogram, and other audio analysis results.
File access: Used when you choose to import audio files.
Sharing: Used when you choose to share recordings or snapshot images through the iOS share sheet. The destination you choose may be provided by third-party apps or system services.
You can manage or disable permissions in iOS Settings. If microphone permission is disabled, real-time audio analysis features may not work properly.
The App uses the information described above to:
Provide real-time audio visualization and analysis features.
Save, display, play, delete, or share recordings you create.
Import, play, and analyze audio files you choose.
Save and display visualization snapshots you create.
Save your App preferences.
Check, purchase, restore, and display subscription or purchase status through Apple StoreKit.
Respond to support requests you send by email.
Microphone audio is processed locally in real time by default. The App does not save live microphone audio unless you actively use the recording feature.
Local recordings, imported audio files, and visualization snapshots remain in the App’s local sandbox until you delete them in the App or uninstall the App.
App settings remain on your device until you change or reset them, or uninstall the App.
Purchase status cache may be stored in the device Keychain to improve subscription status display and restore behavior.
The App uses Apple StoreKit and the App Store purchase system to process subscriptions, one-time purchases, purchase restoration, and refund-related matters. Purchases, payments, refunds, and billing information are handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy and terms.
When you open the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, or contact us by email, you may leave the App and use a browser, email app, Google Sites, email provider, or another third-party service. Those services process information according to their own privacy policies.
The App currently does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or our own server-side user behavior tracking.
We do not sell your personal information.
The App does not actively share your audio, recordings, imported files, snapshots, or settings with third parties. Such content is shared only when you choose to use the iOS share sheet, email, or another external app.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect legal rights, or to respond to valid legal process. However, because the App does not use our own account system or server-side storage, we generally do not have access to content stored locally on your device.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us by email.
You can:
Disable microphone permission in iOS Settings.
Delete recordings, imported audio files, or snapshots in the App.
Reset certain App parameters in the App.
Uninstall the App to remove local sandbox data.
Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account.
Contact us by email with privacy-related questions or requests.
The App relies on iOS sandboxing, Keychain, and system permission mechanisms to protect local data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You should protect your device, system account, and backups.
We may update this Privacy Policy due to feature changes, legal requirements, or operational needs. If we update it, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App means you understand the updated Privacy Policy.
