These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Fatima Zohra Lahyani ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our") and you, the end‑user ("you" or "User"). By downloading, installing, accessing or using this mobile application (the "App"), you indicate that you have read and agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not authorised to use the App and must uninstall it immediately.
The App is designed to help users translate text, images and live speech in real time. It is offered as a freemium service: basic translation features are available free of charge, and additional features are available through weekly or monthly subscriptions.
The App is intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with permission and direct supervision of a parent or guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
The App requires access to your device's microphone in order to provide live voice translation. You will be asked to grant microphone access the first time you use voice‑translation features. The App may also request camera access if you choose to translate text in images. These permissions are used solely to provide translation functionality; no audio or image data is collected or stored on our servers.
We identify your device using its unique device identifier. This information is used to manage your subscription status and prevent abuse. It is not linked to personal identity information unless you voluntarily provide such information (for example, by contacting support).
We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App for personal, non‑commercial purposes. You agree not to:
Use the App for illegal activities or to violate any applicable laws.
Infringe or violate intellectual property rights of the Developer or others.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise extract source code from the App.
Record or translate audio without the consent of all parties where required by law.
The App offers additional features through weekly and monthly subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation, and subscriptions will automatically renew for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. You will be notified of any price increases before they take effect. Free features remain available without a subscription.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to offer accurate translations, we do not guarantee that the App will be error‑free or uninterrupted. Translations may not capture every nuance or cultural context; you should exercise judgment before relying on translations for critical matters.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your licence to use the App will cease immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer resides, without regard to conflicts of law principles. If you access the App from another jurisdiction, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
