Device Identifier: We collect your device’s unique identifier to manage subscriptions, track usage limits and prevent abuse. We do not associate this identifier with your name or other personal data unless you voluntarily provide it.
Permissions: To provide voice and image translation, the App requests access to your microphone and camera.Audio and image data are processed locally on your device and/or temporarily transmitted to our servers and to Google for processing in order to provide the requested translation.. We do not store or retain any audio or image data once the translation is complete.
Usage Data: We may collect anonymised usage data (such as which languages are used) to help us improve the App. This data does not identify you personally.
Contact Information: If you contact us by email or through support features, we may collect your email address and any other information you provide. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
3. Third-Party Processing and User Permission
To provide voice and image translation, the App may temporarily transmit user content to Google for processing. This may include audio recorded by users through the microphone, images taken by users through the camera, the selected source and target language, and limited technical information necessary to complete the translation request.
We ask for the user’s permission before accessing the microphone or camera and before sending relevant data for processing. This data is used only to provide the requested translation result.
We do not store or retain audio, image, or translation content once processing is complete. Any such data is processed temporarily and deleted after the translation is returned.
Google is required to process the data only for the purpose of providing the requested service and to protect the data with the same or equal level of privacy protection described in this Policy.
Offline mode — offline translations are processed entirely on-device, no data sent
We use the information we collect to:
Provide and improve the App’s translation services;
Manage subscriptions and enforce usage limits;
Diagnose technical issues and maintain security;
Respond to customer support requests;
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with third‑party service providers that process translations or analytics on our behalf, but only to the extent necessary to provide the service. These providers are required to protect your data and may not use it for other purposes.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, property or safety or that of our users.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we collect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure; therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your device identifier and minimal usage data for as long as you maintain an active subscription or continue to use the free features. Audio and image data are not stored once translation is complete. If you delete the App or your subscription expires, we will delete or anonymise retained data within a reasonable time, except where we are legally required to keep it.
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the policy in the App. Continued use of the App after a new version of the Policy becomes effective indicates your acceptance of the changes.
