1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Live Earth Map & GPS Tracker mobile application (the "App" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, copy, or use the App.
2. License to Use the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible devices owned or controlled by you, in accordance with these Terms.
You agree that you will not:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the App.
- Make any modification, adaptation, improvement, translation, or derivative work from the App.
- Violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations in connection with your access or use of the App.
- Use the App for any revenue-generating endeavor, commercial enterprise, or other purpose for which it is not designed or intended.
3. Location-Based Services and Permissions
The App provides location-based features, including 2D/3D mapping, speed tracking, area measurement, and GPS photo stamping. To perform these features, the App must access your device's precise location, camera, and storage. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that the App may access, collect, and use such data to provide the Service.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any location data displayed in the App. You use all location-based information at your own risk.
4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The Service may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions.
- Payments will be processed through the Google Play Store billing system.
- Subscription terms, renewals, and cancellations are governed by Google Play Store policies.
- You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Google Play Store Account settings.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as provided by Google Play Store Refund Policies.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the App is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the App and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. You agree that your use of the App and our Services will be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the App and your use thereof, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the App's content or the content of any websites linked to this App, and we will assume no liability or responsibility for any:
- Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content and materials.
- Personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of the App.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide updates through the App or our support website. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
