This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use the Live Earth Map & GPS Tracker mobile application (the "App" or "Service") and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

While using Our App, in order to provide features of Our App, We may collect, with Your prior permission:

We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
- Usage Data: Details of how you interact with our App.
Information Collected while Using the Application
- Location Information: The App requires access to your device's precise location (GPS and network-based) to show your current location on 2D/3D maps, calculate trip distance, measure areas, track speed, and stamp location coordinates on photos taken via the GPS Camera.
- Camera Access: We require permission to access your device's Camera to take photos/videos with GPS coordinate stamps overlay.
- Storage Access: We require permissions to Read/Write to External Storage to save the stamped photos/videos captured by the App and load existing media.
- Network & Connection Status: We monitor network connectivity to download map tiles, retrieve real-time weather information, and fetch air quality index data.
2. Third-Party Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services, or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. The App integrates the following third-party services:
- Google Play Services: Used to facilitate app functionality and user account authentication.
- Google Maps SDK: Used to render 2D Maps and locate geographical points.
- Google AdMob / AdSense: Used to serve advertisements inside the App to keep the Service free. AdMob may collect device identifiers (advertising ID) to personalize advertisements.
- Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics: Used to monitor App performance, analyze user behavior, and debug crashes.
- Google Play Billing (In-App Purchases): Used to securely process payments for premium/pro upgrades. We do not store or collect your payment card details.
3. How We Use the Information
We use the collected data for various purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service.

- To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so.
