What precautions are you taking regarding health and safety?
Families are not allow inside the building duing drop off/pick up simply for safety so that we always know who is inside of our building. Parents will be greeted by staff at the door while children wash their hands when they enter. Throughout the day we are constantly cleaning and sanitizing as well. No masks are required at this time.
What if my child needs to bring medication?
This is not a problem at all. We have Medicine Administration Trained staff meeting child care regulations to administer medication. We also store our medicine safely away from the children. We just ask parents to sign a medication consent form and continue to communicate with us about any updates to you children's medications.
How does child care payment work?
We offer our parents scheduling and billing options based on three semesters a year. We do ask for a commitment to fixed or flex scheduling during these semesters. Please reach out to us for additional questions regarding our payment options.
Do you offer a family discount?
We offer a 5% discount to the older sibling, for an equal amount of days. The account must be in good standing to receive the discount.
How can I communicate best with LTCCH?
We encourage our parents to write a brief note especially for the babies and toddlers regarding information for the child's day if verbal communication is not sufficient. We send home daily sheets in each room to reassure you that the day has flowed well and to let you know if there is any information we need to pass along. We also utilize email notification for our families on center wide information. Your child will be loved and cared for and will always be yours and our Little Treasure.
