We provide refunds and in some cases repairs for any product that proves faulty during normal use (meaning it's a production issue) - please email us to find out our refund policy. However, we do not provide after-purchase repair services if you have accidentally torn a hole or ripped a zipper! Our products are handmade which means they are to be treated with care.
This being said, in some cases you can easily mend your product with the help of YouTube easy hack tutorials. If you need some advice with fixing your product, please email us - the best advice comes from the person who made it!
No, we don't accept change of mind returns as we're a small business which relies heavily on our revenue to keep us afloat and able to get more supplies! Under the Aus Consumer Law you are only entitled to get a refund/exchange if your product is proven to have a manufacturing fault.
You CAN include our information/photos in your article as long as you reference a link to our blog and the post you got it from (directly under our information in your article). Yes, you can if no payment transaction has been made yet. We always require payment before delivery to ensure we don't suffer a loss from dedicating time and materials to an order that never follows through.
Postage within Western Australia
Yes, we can post your order if you live within WA, but you're required to pay the delivery fees on top of your order. There are alternatives to postage if you live within the Perth region - contact us to discuss pickup locations. Payment is required before your order can be dispatched.
