What is occupational therapy?
Occupational therapy helps people develop skills they need to thrive in their daily life activities. For kids these daily activities typically include play, meal time, school, sleeping, getting dressed, toileting, and grooming.
How do I know if my child needs OT?
There are many reasons your child may need OT. Some signs could include frequent meltdowns, difficulty completing tasks that seem age-appropriate, or limited food preferences.
Do you accept insurance?
At this time I do not accept insurance. Little Roots Occupational Therapy, PLLC is a cash only service.
What ages do you work with?
I work with kids any age between 0-18.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions can take place at your home, your child's daycare or school (with approval from the facility), a park or playground, or anywhere you would like to work on your child's skills!
