1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using LittleNotes ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Use of the App LittleNotes is a personal memory-capturing app for individuals and families. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for all content you create within the App.
3. Your Content All memories, photos, videos, and recordings you capture in LittleNotes are yours. We do not claim ownership of your content. Your data is stored locally on your device. Optional iCloud backup stores your data in your personal iCloud account, which is governed by Apple's iCloud Terms of Service.
4. LittleNotes Pro Subscription LittleNotes offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ("LittleNotes Pro") at $1.99/month. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
5. Prohibited Use You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, LittleNotes and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
