Consignor Policies & Agreement

By registering as a consignor with Little Neighbors Exchange, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies for the October 10–12, 2026 sale.

Commission & Earnings

Consignors receive 70% of the final selling price of each item sold.

Little Neighbors Exchange retains 30% of each sale to cover event operations, staffing, marketing, payment processing, venue expenses, and administration.

Your earnings are based only on merchandise that is successfully sold and recorded through our checkout system.

Consignor Limits

For this event:

• Each consignor may submit up to 100 total items

• No more than 3 large or bulky items may be submitted

• All items must be properly tagged before drop-off

• Merchandise exceeding these limits may be declined

Little Neighbors Exchange reserves the right to limit certain categories if space becomes restricted.

Item Condition & Acceptance

Consignors are responsible for submitting merchandise that is:

• Clean

• Complete

• In good working condition

• Free from stains, holes, excessive wear, odors, mold, or damage

• Appropriate and safe for resale

All merchandise is subject to inspection.

Little Neighbors Exchange may decline any item that does not meet our quality, safety, presentation, or space requirements.

Acceptance at drop-off does not guarantee that an item will sell.

Safety & Recalls

Consignors are responsible for ensuring that all merchandise they submit is safe, lawful to resell, and not subject to an active recall.

By consigning an item, you represent that you are legally permitted to sell it and that, to the best of your knowledge, it is safe for its intended use.

Little Neighbors Exchange reserves the right to remove any item from the sales floor if a safety concern is identified.

Pricing

Consignors determine the selling price of their merchandise.

Prices must be clearly written on the approved tag and should use whole-dollar amounts.

Little Neighbors Exchange is not responsible for merchandise that remains unsold because of pricing.

Tags

Every item must have a completed Little Neighbors Exchange tag that includes the required consignor and item information.

Consignors are responsible for securely attaching tags.

Items with missing, damaged, or unreadable tags may be removed from the sales floor until ownership and pricing can be verified.

If we cannot confidently determine the owner or price of an item, we may be unable to sell it.

Discounts & Markdown Day

Consignors may be given the option to authorize markdowns on eligible merchandise during the final day of the sale.

Items will only be discounted according to the authorization provided during registration or drop-off.

If you do not authorize a markdown, your merchandise will remain at its original price.

Drop-Off

Items must be delivered during the designated consignor drop-off period.

Merchandise should arrive:

• Fully tagged

• Clean

• Sorted

• On hangers when required

• Ready to be placed directly on the sales floor

Items that arrive unprepared may be declined.

Responsibility for Merchandise

Little Neighbors Exchange will make reasonable efforts to protect and properly handle consignor merchandise.

However, participation in a consignment event carries some risk.

Little Neighbors Exchange is not responsible for merchandise that is lost, stolen, misplaced, accidentally damaged, or otherwise unaccounted for during drop-off, setup, shopping, checkout, or pickup, except where required by applicable law.

Please do not consign anything you would be uncomfortable assuming this risk with.

Unsold Merchandise

Unsold merchandise must be collected during the designated consignor pickup window unless you have selected the donation option.

Consignors are responsible for identifying and collecting their own remaining merchandise.

Please review your items before leaving pickup.

Unclaimed Items

Items that are not collected by the stated pickup deadline will be considered abandoned unless another arrangement has been approved in advance.

Abandoned merchandise may be donated, disposed of, or otherwise handled by Little Neighbors Exchange without payment or further obligation to the consignor.

Donations

If you elect to donate your unsold merchandise, those items will not be returned after the event.

Once merchandise has been transferred for donation, the selection cannot be reversed.

Little Neighbors Exchange does not guarantee that donated merchandise will be accepted by any specific organization.

Payouts

Consignor payouts will be issued after event sales have been reconciled.

Payout deadline: Tuesday, October 13, 2026

Consignors are responsible for providing accurate payout information during registration.

Little Neighbors Exchange is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete payment information.

Sales Records

Little Neighbors Exchange's checkout and event sales records will be used to determine:

• Whether an item was sold

• The final selling price

• Any authorized discount

• Gross consignor sales

• Final consignor payout

If you believe there is an error in your payout, contact us promptly after receiving your payment statement.

Returns

All Little Neighbors Exchange purchases are final sale.

Items returned by a shopper will not be accepted unless Little Neighbors Exchange determines that a correction is necessary because of an event checkout error.

Ownership of Merchandise

By submitting an item, you confirm that:

• You own the item or have legal authority to sell it

• The item is not stolen

• The item does not violate another person's intellectual-property rights

• The item may legally be resold

Event Changes

Little Neighbors Exchange may make reasonable changes to event procedures, hours, merchandising, floor layout, or operational policies when necessary for safety, capacity, weather, staffing, or event management.

If a significant change directly affects consignors, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate it before the event.

Agreement

By submitting your consignor registration, you confirm that you:

• Have reviewed the consignor instructions

• Have reviewed what we accept

• Agree to the 70% consignor / 30% Little Neighbors Exchange split

• Understand the item limits

• Accept the event's drop-off and pickup requirements

• Accept the risks associated with consigning merchandise

• Authorize Little Neighbors Exchange to display and sell your approved merchandise during the event

• Agree to the policies listed above

Registration constitutes acceptance of this agreement.
