A teacher is responsible for assessing the children’s level and learning style, developing and implementing individualized or group learning plans, preparing and using appropriate instructional materials and methods, monitoring and evaluating the children’s progress and feedback, providing academic guidance and support to the children, communicating with the children, parents, and other staff members, and maintaining records and reports of the children’s performance and attendance.
A teacher assistant is a person who supports the teacher in the learning process. A teacher assistant is responsible for helping the teacher prepare and set up the learning environment, assisting the teacher with administrative tasks, such as taking attendance, collecting homework, and recording grades, reinforcing the lessons and helping the children as they complete classwork or homework, enforcing the rules and policies of the daycare center, supervising the children during breaks or activities, and providing additional help or care to children with special needs or difficulties.
An overall in-charge is a person who oversees the operations and management of the daycare center. An overall in-charge is responsible for setting the vision, mission, goals, and standards of the daycare center, developing and implementing the curriculum and policies of the daycare center, and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise in the daycare center.
