We are based in Maun, Botswana, the gateway to the Okavango Delta. We provide a wide range of delta experiences, daily mobile trips to Moremi, nature walks, mokoro excursions, speed boat and 4x4 vehicle hire.
We are very flexible, willing to listen to your demands and desires, so try us.
We provide our clients with bush life experience which they will cherish for the rest of their lives. We transport our clients on the open safari vehicles across Moremi Game Reserve, which is part of the Okavango Delta, and Chobe National Park. These are two best safari areas because of high concentration of animals in these areas.
We camp with them in the camp sites provided in the Game Reserves where we can spend one or more days on one campsite. Each client is provided with camping equipment and three meals daily for all the days spent on the safari tour. We provide game drives in the areas around the campsites in the morning and evening. Our clients get to watch the bush sunset and sunrise in the evening and morning. During the night our clients relax around the fire and listen to the animal noises, especially hyenas and lions which would be roaming around the campsites in search of their preys.
In Moremi Game Reserve, we take our clients to Khwai Concession whose camp sites are owned and operated by the local community; North Gate Camp sites, the campsites there are owned by the Hospitality and Tourism Association of Botswana (HATAB) and Botswana Guides Association (BOGA) and there are some public campsites (these are owned by individuals and they have hot water and toilets; one just needs to bring own tent and food). Xini Lagoon, near South Gate of the Moremi Game Reserve, has a high concentration of animals and this is the place where one can see the African Big Five (Elephants, Lions, Rhinos, Leopards and Buffalos).
In Chobe National Park, one can camp at Savuti which is on the western side of the Park. Chobe National has the highest elephant concentration in the whole world.
We also take our clients to Makgadikgadi Pan National Park, Nxai Pan Game Reserve and Central Kgalagadi Game Reserve. These are semi desert areas; animals here only drink from water holes provided by the government during the dry season (May to October). Animal concentrations are around the water holes in the dry season. The areas have different landscape and vegetation as compared to that found in the Okavango and Chobe areas. Tsodilo Hills is one of the highest concentrations of rock art in the world and is now a World Heritage Site.
A mokoro is a traditional canoe that is propelled by a talented guide who stands in the stern of the mokoro and poles through the unspoiled waterways of the Okavango Delta. The Mokoro Experience offers an almost silent glide through flooded vegetation, where you can find tiny reed frogs, picturesque waterlilies, varied birdlife and enjoy wildlife sightings.
Your experienced poler from the local community will share stories of their heritage, and first-hand knowledge of the area’s wildlife. Polers have a lifetime of experience and make the steering and propelling of the mokoro seem effortless. This is a unique experience that allows you to explore the untouched areas of the Okavango Delta that are otherwise inaccessible.
The full-day Mokoro Experience begins in Maun where you will be collected early in the morning and transferred by road to the mokoro station. On arrival at the station, you will be introduced to your poler who will be guiding you through the narrow water channels of the Delta. After a short introduction and briefing, you will head out on your full-day adventure. The morning will be spent gliding through the water, offering fantastic photographic opportunities.
Around midday, a picnic lunch will be served on an island followed by an optional bushwalk guided by your poler. After lunch, you will slowly make your return to the station by mokoro. Where you will meet your vehicle and return to Maun.

In the early morning we pick you at your accomodation in Maun or Ghanzi and in a 4×4 safari vehicle we head to CKGR where the camp is set up in Deception Valley. During and shortly after good summer rains (December to February), the flat grasslands of the reserve’s northern reaches teem with wildlife, which gather at the best grazing areas.
These include springbok and gemsbok, as well as wildebeest, hartebeest, eland and giraffe. At other times of the year, when the animals are more sparsely distributed, the experience of travelling through truly untouched wilderness, of seemingly unending dimensions, is amazing.
Upon arrival in the Kalahari you start your gameviewing on your transfer drive with a picnic lunch in the bush. Enjoy the sunset within the Deception Valley. Upon arrival to the camp, you enjoy a hot camp shower before dinner. Afterwards you can relax around the campfire.

CKGR boasts an amazing variety of birds, believe: Secretary bird, Kori Bustard and Ostrich are the most prominent of the species to be spotted, with good chances of seeing Lapped-faced Vulture and White-backed Vulture too.
We will continue to explore this amazing landscape in search of its beauties. Our final leg of the morning drive will take us back through Leopard Pan to arrive at camp for lunch and enjoy an afternoon siesta.
After a well deserved rest we will depart for an evening game drive to Deception Pan where we will enjoy a great sunset. Once the sun goes down we will head back to camp.
Rise and shine and say hello to a fresh early morning over coffee/tea and rusks! We will head back to camp around mid morning to enjoy warm shower before a scrumptious breakfast.
Once we have had breakfast we will embark on our vehicle for a leisurely drive back to Maun. The reserve might have little farewell surprises as we drive back “home” so keep those cameras ready to capture the last memories of the Kalahari. We will enjoy the leisurely drive as we continue our learning about this reserve and its beauties, mostly very unique.
We anticipate to arrive in Maun mid afternoon, depending on what we spot along the way.
