As a Personal Achiever, performing EFB is a regular occurrence in your daily life. This persona typically performs easy-to-do or intuitive EFBs. Reasons may include the behaviour being a habit or wanting to save on electricity and bills. In fact, most EFBs you choose to perform are generally done at home and can only be done at home. Hence, the familiarity of your surroundings and behaviour contribute to the frequency of performing EFBs.
As your EFBs are mainly done at home, you may lack the opportunity influence others. Furthermore, this persona dislikes troubling others so they would not influence others to perform an EFB they themselves find troublesome. Moreover, this persona likely thinks that the opposite party wouldn’t comply if asked to, thus the inaction.
Overall, the Personal Achiever has a high engagement in EFB and low engagement in influencing others. While you may be proactive in performing EFB, influencing others is a challenge as they may not reciprocate, the behaviour is too tedious, or you don’t have the chance to influence them in the first place.
