You may use the toolkit for however long you would like. (Recommended to use for at least a week)
This toolkit is meant to be self-sufficient; meaning that you are to use it independently. You are able to use the toolkit however you would like. Nonetheless, you minimally have to complete the Screening Form (Step 1) before carrying on with how you would like to use the toolkit.
