This website was created to facilitate the use of the Little Green Toolkit which includes the steps on how to use the toolkit, a screening form, resources for each persona, and a reflection section.
The little green toolkit aims to equip youths with the necessary tools and knowledge to engage in more EFBs and influence others to do so, whether it be at home or outside. Self-nudging concepts are also incorporated into the toolkit components to reduce self-control failures.
Self-nudging is a behavioural science strategy that anyone can use to improve their self-control. People can self-nudge by designing and arranging their own environment in a way that makes it simpler for them to carry out the desired behaviours. As a result, this encourages individuals to make the desired choices rather than those that may be simpler but do not meet one’s goals.
Ideally, using this toolkit will help you learn how the self-nudging techniques work. You can then use this newfound knowledge to develop other healthy or beneficial habits in your daily life.
