What is virtual tutoring?
Virtual tutoring is tutoring done using Zoom or Google Meet. Students are provided with a custom link for each session that will direct them to custom web-based classrooms for lessons. Students interact with the courseware throughout the class and will require an internet connection, microphone, keyboard, and mouse or mousepad. (A camera is encouraged but not required.)

A struggling reader is a reader who is not reading at grade level or who may be having problems with motivation, engagement, and self-esteem. (Guthrie & Davis, 2003).
