Coaching Philosophy:
In my coaching and skating, I hope to inspire skaters and their families to understand that they can continue pursuing the sport they love beyond their “typical” test and competitive years. Skating can be a special and meaningful lifelong passion simply for the love of the sport - and by extension, to joyfully pursue whatever goals are meaningful for each skater - whether that is learning new skills, skating with friends or family, taking tests, participating in shows and competitions, or other avenues of expression. I am passionate about helping our sport continue to move towards including and celebrating skaters of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities so that all people are able to experience both the health benefits and joy of skating, and enrich their quality of life.
