Terms and Conditions for Listing Auditor for Amazon

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using the Listing Auditor for Amazon Chrome Extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please uninstall the Extension immediately.
2. Description of Service
The Extension provides tools for Amazon Sellers, Agencies, and Aggregators to audit product listings, extract public data, and calculate Listing Quality Scores (LQS). The service includes features for bulk auditing, two-way database synchronisation (Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel Online), AI-powered visual compliance auditing, and automated generation of inventory flat files for listing remediation.
3. User Accounts and Authentication
Guest Access: Limited text-based features are available without login.
Pro Access: Advanced features (Bulk Audit, Two-Way Cloud Sync, AI Visual Auditing, and Auto-Remediation) require authentication via Google or Microsoft accounts.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google/Microsoft account credentials. We do not store your passwords or intercept your login tokens.
4. Usage Rights and Restrictions
License: We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Extension strictly in accordance with these Terms.
Prohibited Use: You agree not to:
Use the Extension for any illegal purpose or to intentionally violate Amazon's Terms of Service.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension or its associated Cloud Function APIs.
Use the Extension to scrape data at a volume or frequency that disrupts Amazon's services (DDoS-like behavior).
Upload malicious, explicit, or legally restricted images to the AI Visual Audit system.
Attempt to abuse, bypass rate limits, or overload the backend Cloud Functions powering the AI features.
Resell or redistribute the scraped data as a standalone product without significant value addition.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Local Processing: The majority of text extraction and file generation processes occur locally on your device.
Cloud Sync: You are solely responsible for the catalogue data you choose to link, read from, or write to your Google Drive or OneDrive accounts.
AI Processing: Use of the AI Visual Audit feature requires temporarily transmitting reference images and public URLs to third-party Multimodal AI providers via our secure API wrapper.
6. Intellectual Property
The Extension, including its code, design, workflows, and "Listing Quality Score" algorithm, is the intellectual property of TransFamesh and is protected by copyright laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Extension is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:
Data Accuracy: The accuracy or completeness of the scraped data, as Amazon's data structure changes frequently.
AI & Remediation Accuracy: The AI Visual Audit and Agentic Auto-Remediation features are assistive tools. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI-generated insights or generated inventory flat files. Users must manually review and verify all generated compliance documents before uploading them to Amazon Vendor or Seller Central.
Uptime: The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Extension or its associated AI cloud endpoints.
Amazon Policy Compliance: Continued compliance with Amazon's third-party developer policies, which are subject to change by Amazon without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Listing Auditor for Amazon and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, account suspensions, loss of data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Extension, including any actions taken based on the Extension's reports or the uploading of auto-generated remediation files to Amazon platforms.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Extension after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
