Ensure you’re using a valid email address.
Check your internet connection.
Make sure your password meets minimum requirements.
Restart the app and try again.
If the issue persists, email us with:

iOS version
A screenshot of the error (if possible)
Tap “Forgot Password?” on the login screen and follow the instructions sent to your email.
If the email doesn’t appear:
Check your spam/junk folder
Try again after a few minutes

List’d uses your selected country & city for leaderboards.
If something is incorrect:
Go to Profile → Settings
Update your location fields manually
If the issue continues, contact us and we’ll review your account.

If you encounter:
Harassment
Inappropriate lists
Offensive usernames
Spam
Tap the ••• (options menu) and select Report or email us the username and any screenshots.
We respond quickly and can remove content or block users when needed.

Pull down to refresh
Restart the app
Make sure you’re on Wi-Fi or cellular data
If nothing changes, email us your username so we can check your account.
To keep List’d enjoyable for everyone:

No explicit content
No illegal activity
No spam or self-promotion
Respect others’ opinions
Violations can result in removal of content or account suspension.
