List'd Child Safety Standards

At List'd, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and responsible environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward content, behavior, or activity that exploits, abuses, endangers, or harms minors.

These standards apply to all areas of the Service, including:

• Profiles

• Lists

• Rankings

• Comments

• Replies

• Forums

• Groups

• Polls

• Challenges

• Tournaments

• Direct Messages

• User-generated content

• Images and media uploads

Prohibited Content and Conduct

List'd strictly prohibits:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Any content that depicts, promotes, distributes, requests, or facilitates child sexual abuse material is strictly prohibited.

Sexual Exploitation of Minors

Users may not:

• Sexualize minors

• Encourage sexual activity involving minors

• Groom minors

• Solicit minors

• Attempt to establish inappropriate relationships with minors

• Share or request sexually explicit content involving minors

Exploitation and Endangerment

Users may not:

• Exploit minors for personal, financial, sexual, or other gain

• Encourage dangerous activities involving minors

• Promote self-harm involving minors

• Promote abuse, neglect, or violence against minors

• Share identifying information about minors without authorization

Harmful Communications

Users may not use comments, forums, groups, direct messages, or any other feature to:

• Harass minors

• Threaten minors

• Bully minors

• Manipulate minors

• Solicit personal information from minors

• Engage in predatory behavior

Detection and Enforcement

List'd actively reviews reports, moderates content, and investigates potential violations of these standards.

If prohibited content or conduct is identified, we may:

• Remove content immediately

• Restrict platform features

• Suspend accounts

• Permanently ban accounts

• Preserve evidence where required

• Report violations to law enforcement, child protection organizations, or other appropriate authorities

We reserve the right to take action without prior warning.

User Reporting

Users can report content, messages, comments, profiles, groups, polls, tournament submissions, or other activity they believe violates these standards.

We review reports as promptly as reasonably possible and may take action based on our investigation.

False or malicious reporting may also result in enforcement action.

Direct Messages

List'd provides messaging features that allow users to communicate with one another.

Users may not use direct messages to:

• Contact minors for inappropriate purposes

• Solicit personal information from minors

• Groom minors

• Share prohibited content

• Circumvent moderation systems

Messages reported for safety concerns may be reviewed as part of an investigation.

Compliance

List'd complies with applicable child safety laws and platform requirements, including laws and regulations related to:

• Child sexual abuse prevention

• Child exploitation prevention

• Online safety requirements

• Reporting obligations

We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities and organizations involved in protecting children and investigating violations.

Protecting children and maintaining a safe community is a priority for List'd. We continually evaluate our moderation tools, reporting systems, and enforcement processes to help prevent abuse and respond to violations.
