Managing a school counseling program effectively, the school counseling program must be efficiently and effectively managed. The ASCA National Model provides school counselors with focus and planning tools to help guide, design, and implement a school counseling program that gets results. My vision is to indicate an agreed age upon beliefs about the ability of all students to achieve. The school counseling program will meet student developmental needs, decisions will be data informed, and my practice will be guided by ASCA Ethical Standards.
