Lisa Dulli, PhD, MHS, has over 30 years’ experience in public health and primary care medicine, including more than 20 years of experience in program research, evaluation and monitoring. As a scientist with FHI 360, Dr. Dulli serves as principal investigator (PI) on a variety of evaluation studies and research projects within the Health Services Research (HSR) Division of the Global Health and Population Research Department. She has extensive experience leading evaluations of public health programs and implementation research. Dr. Dulli also provides technical support for research and program evaluation, and research capacity development for FHI 360 country offices and partners.
She received a Doctor of Philosophy in Health Behavior Health Education from UNC Chapel Hill with a minor in epidemiology. She also holds a master’s in Health Sciences from Duke University. A Peace Corps-Central African Republic alumna, Dr. Dulli speaks both English and French.
