The Grant County Library employs just one cataloger. Cataloging is also not their sole responsibility. As a result, turn around time for cataloging various items can vary from one day to the next. On average, the cataloger at the Grant County Library is able to catalog anywhere from 10 to 30 items in a day.
In addition to entering the information for the materials into the cataloging system, the cataloger at the Grant County Library is also responsible for processing the materials. This includes attaching various labels to the material for ease of access.
