Your privacy and the privacy of your customers are our top priority. This privacy policy is designed to provide full transparency on how the "Shopify AutoZip" Chrome extension operates, what information it accesses, and how data is processed.
The extension is designed to operate locally in your browser and perform a single action (autofilling zip codes), without storing any data.
Shipping Address Data (Shopify): When you activate the extension inside a Shopify order page, the extension reads the shipping address displayed on the screen (city name, street, and house number). This information is sent specifically and in real-time solely to the APIs of official Israeli databases (B144 and Israel Post) in order to retrieve the correct zip code. No customer information (names, phone numbers, full addresses, or order data) is saved, stored, or sent to our servers.
License Key: The license key you received after purchase is securely and encryptedly saved in your browser's local storage (chrome.storage.local). The extension uses it solely to verify your subscription status with the payment provider's server once a day.
The extension communicates with external services strictly for its proper functionality:
B144 and Israel Post: Receive the city and street name (without any other identifying customer details) to return the 7-digit zip code back to your browser.
Lemon Squeezy: The official payment and subscription management service used to verify your license key.
We fully commit that we do not sell, rent, transfer, or trade information of any kind. The extension does not include tracking codes, third-party advertisements, or analytics tools that collect information about you or your customers behind the scenes.
The extension does not operate its own external database to store store data. All extension operations are executed locally on your browser (Client-side). The data remains under the existing security envelope of your Shopify account.
