Liquid Sunshine Spray Tan is committed to providing high-quality spray tan services, education, and digital products. Please review this policy carefully before booking or purchasing.

Spray Tan Services

Due to the personal nature of spray tanning services, all sales are final. No refunds are issued once a service has been performed.

Service Guarantee – Touch-Ups & Fixes

We are committed to providing a flawless, natural-looking tan. If you experience any issues with your tan, we offer touch-ups or fixes under the following conditions:

• Touch-up requests must be made within 48 hours of the original appointment
  
  

• Photos must be provided after full processing time (24–48 hours post-application)
  
  

• Adjustments are made at management’s discretion based on the photos provided
  
  

• No refunds will be issued
  
  

Clients must follow all pre-appointment preparation and post-appointment aftercare instructions. Failure to do so may affect results and will void eligibility for touch-ups or fixes.

Courses, Masterclasses & Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of educational content and instant access:

• All digital products, courses, masterclasses, and downloads are non-refundable
  
  

• No refunds will be provided for partial completion, non-attendance, or change of mind
  
  

Access to course materials is for the purchaser only and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled outside of the stated cancellation window may be subject to a fee
  
  

• No-shows may be charged the full service amount
  
  

Specific cancellation timeframes are displayed at the time of booking.
