Sunburned skin must not be spray tanned -

it will look worse.

Sun Damaged Skin - can not be covered!

📌 Getting a flawless spray tan starts with proper prep and full transparency with your technician.

📌 Spray tans cannot cover sunburns. In fact, applying a spray tan over burned or peeling skin will make things look worse.

📌 Be sure to use SPF, cover up in the sun, and always let your technician know if you've had recent sun exposure.

📌 Retinol-based products and other active ingredients can interfere with your results. Avoid them before your appointment or opt to skip spraying the face altogether.

📌 Never exfoliate on the day of your tan. Your skin needs time to regenerate its skin cells + amino acids, which are essential for DHA (the active tanning ingredient) to properly develop.

📌 No Dove soap, they can leave a residue that disrupts your tan’s development.
